Section 43 of the Nigerian constitution
Section 43 of the constitution of Nigeria is about Right to acquire and own immovable property. It is under Chapter IV (Fundamental Rights) of the constitution. Section 43 has three subsections.
Subject to the provisions of this Constitution, every citizen of Nigeria shall have the right to acquire
and own immovable property anywhere in Nigeria.
