Section 37 of the Nigerian Constitution
Section 37 of the constitution of Nigeria is about Right to private and family life of the people of the country. It is under Chapter IV (Fundamental Rights) of the constitution. Section 37 has no subsection.
The privacy of citizens, their homes, correspondence, telephone conversations and telegraphic communications is hereby guaranteed and protected.
