Section 10 of the Nigerian Constitution

Section 10 of the constitution of Nigeria is about the Prohibition of State Religion. It is under Part II (Powers of the Federal Republic of Nigeria) of Chapter 1 (General Provisions) of the constitution.

10. The Government of the Federation or of a State shall not adopt any religion as State Religion.
